Willing To Trust Again -Love and Romance Story
Willing To Trust Again
Rhea Sharma had always been a happy person. A good person by heart, always thought about others happiness before her own. Loved her parents to bits. Hailing from a small town, she was a simple girl with average looks. Being shy, she never made friends easily and mostly liked being alone, rather than surrounded by people she didn't know.
Being ambitious, she was hard-working and good in studies. In the world of "Tit for Tat", she believed in honesty and truth.
Today was her first day in the Imperial Engineering College. Nervous but determined, she walked her first steps towards the huge campus that awaited her. Filled with hopes and excitement, she had no idea that these four years would drastically change her life and attitude.
Entering the college, she saw a lot of students huddled in groups. Some seniors looked at her, scrutinizing her every move. Some cracking jokes while others laughing and some confused freshers like her. A huge noticeboard directed them towards the college auditorium. Rhea was afraid that she could have a nervous breakdown, she quickly walked in the directed way.
A huge crowd had gathered in the auditorium. All of them were given college maps and a guidebook at the entrance of the auditorium, and were asked to sit and wait till the Dean arrived for delivering his welcome speech.
Rhea was amazed as well as slightly claustrophobic by seeing so many people. Having the map and guide was a relief as she could drown herself in them, so the crowd won't bother her. She spotted a seat in a corner and started walking towards it. She was getting nervous by the minute and quickly reached her seat.
After a while, a girl walked towards her and asked if she could sit next to Rhea. Without looking up Rhea said, "Sure."
"Hi, I am Neha Mathur," said the girl in a cheerful tone. Rhea looked up and saw a beautiful girl smiling at her. She couldn't help but smile on her chirpiness and said, "Hey, I am Rhea Sharma." And soon they started chatting and laughing over their dorky days in high school. Then the Dean arrived and started speaking. The girls were still whispering and giggling.
Rhea's heart was filled with glee, thinking that she had finally found a friend. What she did not know was that Neha was going to be her best friend and also her worst enemy...
